GFF Kenya was there to document the nutritional value of rabbit meat and to our surprise, rabbit meat is quite beneficial to our bodies. Rabbit meat is an excellent source of proteins amouting to 29.1g/100 grams serving, vitamin B12, low levels of cholesterol and its rich in iron. These components are good for those trying to lose weight, body building or in the fitness sector. In addition, rabbit meat is scrumptious 😋
