Nithya’s Fitness Center and Global Fast Fit began their partnership in December of 2023. NFC is the first ever partner gym to Global Fast Fit and has adopted the routine as the universal fitness standard of measurement.

Gym owner and trainer, Jyothi Ram, has succeeded in promoting the universal fitness standard to his clients while hosting weekly classes dedicated to Global Fast Fit.

We are delighted to share goals and a vision with Jyothi and his gym as we spread the universal fitness standard across India, and around the world.

Ironville Gym, located just North of Hong Kong, serves as a community hub for Global Fast Fit. Owner and trainer, Charles Zeng, has skillfully applied the universal fitness standard to his standards of practice with his clients and has produced some great performances from the region.

The competitive nature of Charles’ clients proves to be a driving factor at Ironville, where participants regular compete against each other for the months top scores. His group of clients really take form seriously and have shown time and time again how fit they are.

Winsim Gym – Njoro, Kenya

Winsim Gym is the second partner gym to Global Fast Fit. Ran by Simon Mucheru, it has become the hub for Global Fast Fit in Eastern Africa. Our team in Kenya has helped refurbish the gym space to accommodate the Global Fast Fit routine, as well as give it a facelift to stand out amongst the surrounding community.

Winsim Gym is located in a prominent position in Nakuru, and is only one of the several locations where Global Fast Fit trainers operate in Kenya.
