Great attempt! Unfortunately we cannot count your repetitions for your plank leg lifts. You will need to try to keep your leg straight between your hip and your heel while lifting your leg. Sometimes there will be a little bend at your knee. In this routine, you are bending your knees to 90 degrees, this is considered incorrect form. We look forward to your next submission!
