Why did you get into exercise?
She started her fitness journey when she joined campus and became interested in playing football. She started exercising regularly so as to get in shape and join the school team. After becoming part of the team, keeping fit was mandatory in order to keep playing.

Being part of the campus football team also taught her how to encourage and guide other people to become fit.

What is your favorite thing(s) about exercise/fitness or training?
How refreshing it feels after exercise and how much it helps keep my body in check.

What is an impressive accomplishment or skill set you have achieved in exercise?
I am able to endure long training hours and appreciate the littles steps people make in their fitness journey.
