I've never had much of a taste for running, and I find it incomprehensible that some people actually enjoy long runs. The only way for me to avoid boredom while running is to run hard, and then I'm in so much pain that I would much rather be bored. So if I'm running, I'm either in pain or bored.
But I included a running component when I created Global Fast Fit because running, like it or not, is a fundamental human activity and the most basic measure of fitness. Part of the reason why the run portion of GFF is only 500 meters is because its supposed to be Global FAST Fit, because if the running portion was longer it would be much longer than the other exercises, but also because I designed the program so I could test my fitness against others, and if the run was very long I would not do it myself. Here at GFF we eat our own cooking.
I actually like GFF Lite better than the regular Global Fast Fit routine. Shorter run.

I'm not so much of a runner as well, it hurts my knees. I did running quite a lot in earlier days but I realized that it wasn't my best.
I do it anyway for fitness sake.
